Getting started

Importing data from your current tools

Bring in employees, contacts, and deals from CSV files or supported tools.

4 min read Updated September 2026

You don't have to start from scratch. Kiko can import your existing records and check them for problems before anything is saved.

Steps

  1. 1Go to Settings → Import.
  2. 2Choose what you're importing: employees, contacts, companies, or deals.
  3. 3Upload a CSV file, or connect a supported tool to pull records directly.
  4. 4Match your columns to Kiko fields. Kiko suggests matches automatically.
  5. 5Review the validation summary, fix any flagged rows, and select Import.
Good to know
  • Import a small sample first to check your column mapping.
