Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. We also use local storage, which works the same way for our purposes. This policy covers both.

Session storage keeps you signed in as you move between pages and remembers which workspace and role you are in. Without it the product cannot work, so it cannot be switched off.

A security token protects forms against cross site request forgery.

We remember small interface choices such as the last module you opened, table density and whether a panel was collapsed. These make the product less tedious and are safe to clear at any time.

We record aggregate usage, such as which modules are opened and where people abandon a payroll run. These are tied to a workspace rather than a named person wherever that is possible.

Analytics can be disabled for a whole workspace by an administrator in organisation settings.

We do not set advertising cookies, we do not embed third party trackers in the product, and we do not build cross site profiles.

Every browser lets you view and delete cookies and site storage. Clearing them signs you out and resets interface preferences. It does not delete any employee or payroll record.
